  • Complete the Request form as fully as you can.
  • The AIM Leadership Team will review your request, and you will be notified of availability Depending on the nature of the request and availability of AIM staff, additional time to prepare may be required.

Event Information
  • Hosting: AIM takes full responsibility for planning, executing, and funding the event. AIM manages the venue, logistics, programming, and all associated costs.
  • Collaborating: Your organization partners with AIM to co-host an event, sharing responsibilities such as planning, funding, or promoting. Both parties contribute resources and decision-making.
  • Sponsorship: If funding is available and the event request aligns with AIM's educational and research mission, AIM may provide in-kind support and may request branding, promotional benefits, or recognition.
