Alyssa is the Program Director, Academic Program Operations for AIM. With expertise in academic program management and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration, Alyssa oversees the development and coordination of academic programs that focus on the intersection of AI with other disciplines. She holds her M.A. in Higher Education ('21) and American Studies ('14) and a B.A. in Media, Society and the Arts from Purchase College, SUNY. Prior to joining AIM, Alyssa was the Assistant Director for Immersive Media Design. When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs (Beef, Dopey, and Fred), reading, and playing video games. 

Her research focuses on digital accessibility, particularly in accessible video games and video game technology, as well as technology inequity affecting marginalized and minoritized communities in the U.S.
